Welcome to LastDevOps LLC ("LastDevOps", "we", "our", "us")! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website at lastdevops.com, the LastDevOps Applicant web application, and any other services we provide.

Who Can Use Our Services

What We Provide
LastDevOps offers services designed to support professional development and business growth:
Website Access: Access to our website at lastdevops.com where you can find information about our offerings and resources.
LastDevOps Applicant: A web application for applying to and participating in LastDevOps programs. Through the Applicant app we provide:
- Interviewing: Conducting interviews as part of our assessment and selection process
- Interview preparation: Services and resources to help you prepare for interviews
- Resume analysis: Review and feedback on your resume
- Job fit analysis: AI-powered analysis of how your profile aligns with roles and opportunities
- Upskill services: Learning and development recommendations and programs tailored to the insights from the above (e.g., resume, job fit, and interview data)
The Applicant app also lets you create an account, receive and manage invitations, and access program-related information. We take reasonable measures to protect your data; you can request deletion of your data by contacting us at terms@lastdevops.com.
Webinars: Live and recorded webinars streamed on LinkedIn and YouTube, covering best practices and expert insights
Recordings: Access to recordings of webinars and training sessions for participants
As a customer, you'll receive access to participate in our webinars, access to recordings post-event, website resources, and supplementary materials. We reserve the right to remove any materials at any time for any reason.
How to Use Our Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not:
- Use our website or services in ways that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
- Interfere with other users' enjoyment of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services or connected systems
- Create a false identity to mislead others
- Use our services to transmit illegal content
- Transmit malicious content like viruses, trojans, spyware, or other harmful code
- Use content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
You retain ownership of the original code and content you create through your use of our services.

Service Delivery
We're committed to delivering services as described. Our goal is to provide a reliable applicant experience through the LastDevOps Applicant app, webinars, and related resources.
Failure to Deliver: In rare cases where we can't deliver services as promised due to technical issues or outages, we'll make every effort to restore availability and continue service delivery.
Force Majeure
You won't hold us liable for failure to adhere to these Terms to the extent that the cause of failure or delay can be attributed to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of terror, natural disasters, riots
- Governmental regulation or directives
- War, international hostilities, insurrection, revolution
- Epidemic, pandemic
- Labor disputes, strikes
- Breakdown or failure of telecommunications, networks, or digital transmission links
- Internet failures or delays
- Third-party equipment breakdowns
- Fire, explosions, fiber optic cable cuts, storms, or similar events
This Force Majeure section survives any cancellation or termination of our services.
Termination
Termination by You: You may terminate your use of our services at any time by providing us with written notice. Any fees paid in advance are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Governing Law
THESE TERMS, YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, AND ANY ACTION(S) RELATED THERETO SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, UNITED STATES, WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICT OF LAW PRINCIPLES. ANY LEGAL ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL BE BROUGHT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE COURTS LOCATED IN TEXAS, UNITED STATES. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE, CONSENT, AND STIPULATE TO THE EXCLUSIVE PERSONAL JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THE FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS OF TEXAS, THE FAIRNESS AND CONVENIENCE OF PROCEEDING IN SUCH COURTS, AND THE COVENANT NOT TO ASSERT ANY OBJECTION TO PROCEEDING IN SUCH COURTS. WHEN ACCESSING OUR WEBSITES AND SERVICES FROM A PLACE OUTSIDE THE STATE OF TEXAS, YOU SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLYING WITH THE LOCAL LAWS, MANDATES, AND JURISDICTIONS OF THAT LOCATION. YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT YOU SHALL NOT USE OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES IN SUCH A WAY THAT VIOLATES THE UNITED STATES EXPORT LAWS OR REGULATIONS. The provisions of this governing law section shall survive any cancellation or termination of our services.
